Bongani is the Managing Director and founder of Mzamose Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Mzamose is a software solutions business selling data and reporting systems across the world. Bongani studied BSc (Industrial) engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand.

Bongani had over 10 years’ experience in business strategy, business reporting and business optimisation experience, before founding Mzamose. He has developed and led development and implementations teams on variety data-based software solutions in partnerships with some of the world leading organisations such as Microsoft, McKinsey and Co, Hatch and Deloitte.

Bongani has played a critical and vital role in IFRS9 and IFRS16 development and implementation at one of the biggest rail freight companies in Africa.

By training, Mthobisi is a Chartered Accountant, and spent three years in external audit at Deloitte before being a technical IFRS manager in the audit division of the firm, he then moved on to be an Assistant Director at City of Johannesburg (COJ) in Group Governance where he was a shareholder representative for the COJ (Johannesburg Social Housing Company, City Power, Johannesburg Water and Pikitup).

Musa Hlophe

Khonzumusa Hlophe, Pr.Eng. (ECSA)

Khonzumusa Hlophe is a registered Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng.) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He has more than 16 years of experience in Information Technology and more than 5 in IT Leadership in the private sector. He has led multiple enterprise IT solutions including CRM, ERP and PBO.

He has held positions of Technical Research Advisor, Research and Development Manager and Senior Manager: IT Applications.
